Clangers Brooch
Clangers ran on British tv for 5 seasons from 1969 to 1972. Oliver Postgate and Peter Firmin made the series and its remembered for the characters distinctive whistling language. Danger Mouse Brooch
Danger Mouse originally ran on British tv from September 1981 to March 1992. He was an animated spoof of spies like Danger Man and James Bond.
David Jason provided the voice of Danger Mouse and Terry Scott voiced his assistant Penfold (is he a mole or is he a hamster?).
Stingray Brooch
Husband and wife team Gerry and Sylvia Anderson created Stingray. It originally ran from October 1964 to June 1965.

Muffin the Mule Brooch
The earliest of the children’s programmes featured in this set of brooches, Muffin the Mule originally ran on tv from 1946 to 1955. It was broadcast live from 1946 to 1952.
The series theme song was “We Want Muffin” sung and played on the piano by Annette Mills.
Sooty Brooch
Sooty was first seen as the star of The Sooty Show on the BBC in 1955.
Harry Corbett was the original presenter from 1955 until 1975 after which his son Matthew took over. Harry Corbett is seen below with Sooty.
